2 pin audio connected from sound card to GFX card is this how?
Wanting to get sound playing on my TV. I use a DVI to HDMI cable to get video and I had used the SPDIF _Out on my mobo to get sound to go through but now I have one of those spiffy X-Fi Xtrememusic cards.
After some research I found a really old thread that had a diagram and wanted to make sure this is how it works before I go through with it.
Connecting the 2-pin to (7) GND and (9) SPDIF0 out.
