Okay I just recieved my new GTX 570 from EVGA RMA and I attempted to reinstall my waterblock and as I was doing so these two things happened.
1. I removed all screws on the PCB, but even after toying around with the PCB it still wont come off.
2. In order to find out what was wrong I decided to try and take off the heatsinks cover and a screw head busted off.

I have no power tools except an electric screw driver and a soldering iron. :/ Somebody help me mcguyver this screw out without breaking the cooler casing.

UPDATE: It seems that EVGA might as well have put glue on the GPU as it took a lot of twisting and turning to make it come off.
