And where is this land of Ice and Snow? There really is not much else you can do unless there is a computer shop someplace that has one. I usually keep 2-3 here at work but use them.

I am seeing an number of Nvidia references here. do you have two graphics cards in? I am seeing a 650Ti and a GT 120 reference towards the end.

Your video card crashed. You may have a failing on. That or the kernel didn't like your card.

I installed the latest web drivers a cuda drivers.... Hasn't crashed since... Although I did yank the 120.... Next question.... Know where I can find a missed efi for an EVGA GTX 980 FB? Would like it to function normally and I feel that the guy who miss them is overcharging he wants 200 to mid it with shipping and exchange over 325... If I don't nod a 980 what am I really missing out on? And will not function normally under Windows (via boot camp partition)

You're paying that much because that guy has been modding video cards for Mac's that I know of for 14 years. He stands behind his work and it will be done correctly there is no one I'd have work on my cards other than him. I know it seems steep but it's worth every penny and then some.
