Yes you can do it as long as you have the correct plugs on the back of the monitor such as a HDMI plug for your xbox 360 and a DVI port to connect to your video card or you can even use the HDMI to connect the monitor to the computer if you have the right video card or adapter. You will just have to switch between the inputs for pc or xbox.
