Ok my friend has a Koolance 450s pump with the 24v controller know here's the strange thing
when he runs the pump without the 24v controller the temps drop even further by about 4c this is with the room temps the same. Know what I think it could be is that at 24v there is heat being dispensed into the tube since his only cooling a cpu with a 360 rad and the pump is to powerful at 24v. I was pretty sure running a pump at higher voltage would make the water flow faster in the tube into the cpu waterblock and out again guess I was wrong.
