2GB 1066 or 4GB 800

Hey guys I've been wondering for a while which configuration of ram would be better for my system.
A set of these overclocked to 1066 mhz at 5-5-5-15 at 1.9v

Or a set of these at 800 mhz at 5-5-5-12
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820220354
Or both sets together running at 800 and 5-5-5-12
I tried running benchmarks myself but I kept getting mixed results
. Anyone know would would be the better choice for gaming?

No what I mean is that I already have both sets and am not looking to buy a new set, just what would be better to run.
You linked 2 800Mhz sets. For the money, I'd recommend this.

Edit: didn't see your last post. Since you aren't looking to buy more, I'd say use the 4GB kit if you run a 64 bit OS, and the 2GB kit otherwise.

Depends on if you will actually use the extra RAM. Personally, it would be no conest, as I would use the 4GB set, and even try and downclock the 2GB set to be able to use that too.
The set I have in my sig I'm gonna use in another rig and those other sets are my backups. The 4 gb wont overclock to 1066 cause of the voltage limit on my mobo (1.95v)
Then use the 4GB set in the rig that you think will benefit from having the extra 2GB (Il.E it runs apps that need it).

On Vista, 4GB ALWAYS gives better performance than 2GB, period.

I guess I'll stick with the 4 gig set. Alright thanks everyone for the quick replies. +rep

Doubly so on multi-user machines. I'm on my dad's rig, and it's using 3GB with 3 people logged on, running simple apps (internet, WMP, explorer, etc).
