while ifi open things it goes to 100% if it is heavy..
now taskmanager is 54% and i got a B4 core >.<

no not b4 of before but b4 is the core name

what should i do keep running smp client?

Then you haven't set it up right, it's currently folding a singlecore WU. Delete the 'work' folder and queue.dat. Make sure you have a shortcut with the -smp flag and that you ran install.bat

If you have a multi-core CPU then yes, SMP would probably be better.
