Is that what I should expect to see? I have an i7 920 overclocked to 3.8. Everything seems smooth. I didn't get double the framerate of a single card, but I didn't miss it by a ton either. What are your thoughts? 1800 on the heaven benchmark a pretty good score?

Whoa you have a Q6600 at 3.4ghz trying to keep up with 2x 5870's.
I don't think an i7 at 4ghz keeps up with them.

@OP
I think thats a good score btw.

I'm running it right now, we'll see how bad I am bottlenecked.

Nope, that was with them at stock settings. Just an OC on the processor. I decided not to turn up the video cards until I have my water cooling setup in place.

Can you fill out your system specs? Or at least, what CPU are you using? That's about what I get with a q6600 @ 3.4, but if you have an i5/i7 it should be a good ~20% faster.

I've seen a couple other people have their Windows score change with the recent drivers, it's not something I would worry about though.

This benchmark likes a good CPU so any OCing you can do will help a lot with the score.

you should grab a good temp monitoring program core temp, or something of the sort, keep your eyes on the max temp keep it below 60c ish, and just keep overclocking your cpu till you get there, there are plenty of guides on here this will get you started.

To be honest I am not the most knowledgeable about i7 OCing. You can probably get a small OC with the stock cooler, but temps will quickly be your limiting factor. There are probably a few OCing guides around here specific to the i7, but I can't seem to find one ATM.

I know, Bloomfields kick butt on this benchmark. I get 51.6 FPS at stock clocks at the same settings.
