1 is the superclocked edition, the other is vanilla. I have an offer of $290 for both, and I have a backup 8800gt I can use for a while while I contemplate my future graphics solution. Should I go through with this deal before the gtx 260s drop in price?

Yeah, that's a pretty good deal. Then you can go DX11.

I'd do it if I were you.

I already did it... now I'm waiting for a good deal on a 5870 or 5970
