I intend to be multiboxing EVE online with about 10-12 clients over 3 screens.

Maybe even more clients.

Will be using the i7 3770k or 3930k still up in there although most likely 3930k. With the ASUS Rampage IV / Maximus V Extreme Edition MOBOs.

Would 2x 7950s be enough to run these smoothly or would I need another set of cards?

Was thinking maybe 2x Sapphire 7950

Budget is 600 although if I had to go up 200-300 more it wouldn't be the end of the world. Although 600 seems like my sweet spot.

I think two cards would be enough. I used to run 3 Eve clients on a 5770. Eve isn't a very graphical demanding game. Plus you can always lower the resolution and or graphics settings. Two 7950s should be plenty.
