First thing, i posted this in the AMD GPU section because this is primarily an AMD thing. While its also about a unique monitor setup i choose it here because in the long run i will be doing GPU related tasks. Also, if we get 390x or the likes soon enough i will also potentially be using those as well.
What happens when you take a Crossover 44k 40inch 4k60hz monitor and use the PBP 4 way function, along with AMD's VSR, Crossfire, Eyefinity 2x2? INSANITY
You can probably do this on other displays with the 4 way PBP option but i've only done this with the Crossover myself. I wanted to share this with the OCN community and mainly the AMD users. This should be possible for others if they wanted but, if nothing else you get to see it in action.
Please note: The panel itself is 4k and thus is technically downsampling with VSR - however if you read and look at pictures you will see the scaling is actually not too bad.

I am goign to cut n paste it here as well with my own thread on this. I will update and try to provide as much information on here in regards to both how it works and looks. Please keep in mind, i dont have a quality camera and i will be moving so it's not on the list to nab just yet. If i can though i will try to get a decent 60fps camera soon. Until then i have to rely on my less than stellar cell phone(samsung mega).
Inputs currentlySo i'd like to share this about the crossover 44k, although its potentially specific to AMD GPU's most likely. So i decided to play with the PBP 4 way option on the 44k. And so i hooked up 4 inputs, via my 290x quadfire. Thanks to AMD's VSR i was able to up the resolution per input and achieved
[email protected] 2x2 eyefinity. I can also do 3840x2160 or a wide range of resolutions if i so choose. While its super demanding on games at [email protected] the scaling is actually not to bad considering the resolution im pushing through the crossover.
Ill post some screenshots to show what i mean exactly. i can also post some pictures from my phone but its not the best for photos. Anyways enjoy.

As far as scren synch goes, its perfectly seamless if vsynch is on. With no vsynch and high FPS there is a slight synch line variance from top half to bottom half. middle of the screen - if fps is over 60 with no vsynch that is.
I might just use this instead of my other eyefinity setup, i do loose alot of screen size from my 3x39inchseiki's but i get almost triple 4k resolution on a single [email protected] And as for gameplay it seems really good, although ill need to test it more.
p.s. i forgot to say i think this will be worth checking out in windows 10, as Win7 has crappy UI scaling in super high resolutions.

Colors look different but thats my cell phone cam really. To my naked eye they are much closer in color.
I think i am going to say this is the best monitor i've owned to date. Really kicks butt now. haha, im hooked
EDIT: panel is still 4k, so i am not saying its actually displaying 6400x3600 pixels if people are going to get technical
