Here are my settings:

1.5 vcore
2.25 vdimm
1.45 northbridge
378 x 9
1:1
4-4-4-12
Temps are within reason (41 C idle, ~63 C load)

Here is my problem: I seem to be running everything ok (games, photoshop, etc), I can pass 32m superpi, no errors whatsoever. But when i try to do prime95, I fail after about an hour. Any ideas?

Prime95 is just picky like that. I have heard alot of people complian about how their rig is rock solid in every aspect other then prime95. You could try upping your vcore a little, though I wouldnt with your temps as high as they are. If you are not seeing any stability problems at all I dont think I would worry too much about it.

ouch on the 63C load. I guess my cajones aren't as big(that and I haven't found out how to surpass 4.0 yet. Have you tried stressing with other programs. I'm curious to see how it fans out, I'm having the same problem with less of an overclock than you do.

I used to get worried with the temps that high but then I heard people saying that as long as it reads under 65-ish in TAT then it'll be ok...

Prime95 is like the highest possible stress your CPU can endure. I've played games with my temp monitor running and nothing gets my temps to go up as high as prime 95 on "In place large FFTs" mode. I had a high overclock that seemed perfectly stable except for the fact that I got errors in Prime95. mcb I wouldn't worry about it because I doubt that anything else will compare to the level of stress that an hour of prime95 puts on your CPU. It's good that it's lasting that long and not failing after 5 minutes or something.
