So I have a NF-S12 for a really long time now and it started to make a highpitched sound. So I wanted to RMA it and exchange it for a NF-P12. I got an email back today saying they are going to send me a brand new NF-P12... WITHOUT sending back my old NF-S12!!!

Props to good customer service!

wow thats pretty sweet hopefully scythe has as good as a rma process as noctua if i ever need to rma my kazes

If we weren't so far away I'd make an offer for that old one.

(EDIT I thought u ment a Heatsink, not the fan LOL)

Btw. Did you need to provide evidence...

Yeah Noctua has awesome customer service, which is pretty rare nowadays.
