The e4300s run fairly hot so I would say you'd need an aftermarket cooler. If you get a good stepping which allows for less volts almost anything is possible, but it's a luck of the draw.
300 on stock cooling
does anybody know if i could bump up the clocks of a new build to 300 on stock cooling and lower the multi from 9 to 8 on an e4300...im building a system for some1 and im wondering if ill need an aftermarket heatsink

Mine at 3ghz runs fairly cool... on stock... might wanna get a ACF7P
