I'm getting around $300-$400 for my christmas gift. I'm not sure what I should do with it. I'd like to invest in some new upgrades. I'm thinking a UD3P, so I can OC higher, some new ram, and a new GPU. Any advice?

HD5770 or HD4890 for a GPU.

Edit: Nevermind for $100, you won't get much of an upgrade. For $50 you could get a HD5750 maybe an HD 5770.

100 USD GPU at best will get you the same thing you have now...
My vote says better sound card + nice set of cans, maybe a nice amp to add to the mix.

Or you could just fleabay your stuff and go for a i7.
