3200 Barton/MSI K7N2 Delta2-FSR

just lookin to squeez some more performance out of the machine
i havnt overclocked since my 300 mhz Cyrix Proc and that was real easy to do
it seems now there are lots of things involved with OC'ing
so i dont really understand what id have to do to make some performance boosts

i am running
Antec SOnata (with PSU)
3200 Barton
Corsair 1 g(512 x 2) Dual channel/ 2.5.3.3.5
100 gb SATA 1.50 Maxtor (not sure if its runnign properly)
First generation ATI 9800 pro 128 MB (any help with OC on this?)

so ugh yah, just loookin for all around safe performance boost
any help would be greatly appreciated

The 3200+ are locked.
You have the option to increase the FSB.
1. Keep your full load temps below 55c.
2. Up the vdimm (RAM voltage)to 2.8 to 2.9 depending on BISO ability.
3. You will need about 1.8 or more volts for the vcore (CPU voltage)
4. If there is a chip set voltage you may need to up it a notch or 2 for stability.
5. Always test for stability.
