The 3200+ are locked.
You have the option to increase the FSB.
1. Keep your full load temps below 55c.
2. Up the vdimm (RAM voltage)to 2.8 to 2.9 depending on BISO ability.
3. You will need about 1.8 or more volts for the vcore (CPU voltage)
4. If there is a chip set voltage you may need to up it a notch or 2 for stability.
5. Always test for stability.
