So the only way I can seem to get my 3570k stable at 4.4 is to adjust the core from 34 to 44, then the vcore voltage to 1.26. When testing in Aida64 stability test it clocks to 1.248 and stays in the 75-79c range after several minutes of stress testing. After the tests though and the card downclocks it goes back to 1.26 volts. Is it ok to leave at that voltage? Idle temps are in the 31-37C range with 1.26 votls.

Also I am on water --Corsair h50.

Thanks.

The voltage considered 'safe' for 24/7 clocks is arguable. I personally wouldn't mind running 1.5V provided i had the sufficient cooling and a good MoBo + PSU to back up that increased power consumption. Some have run 1.5V since the Ivy Bridge launch and there hasn't been any concrete reports of any notable electromigration going on with Ivy Bridge so far.

As a side note, i'd recommend you re-enable C-states unless you don't want the CPU to run at full even when idling, AND use offset voltage for 24/7 OC. I would also use a higher level of LCC (turbo / high). Also check windows events for WHEA errors, which usually indicate unstable OC.
