you probably just need a better Mobo with better voltage options so you can raise them and get your processor steady at around 3.0ghz

i have the same problem as you but im happy at 2.5ghz

Get a DFI. They will help you to overclock like no tomorrow. But be carefull you need to know what your doing with a DFI

Non SLI (but can be modded to SLI): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813136152
SLI: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813136151

EDIT: If you get one you will need a new psu. 430w wont cut it.

Link is broken, Your psu will not cut it for overclocking Coolermaster arnt good, If you have crappy ram just run a low divider like 7/10 (140)

I would get a new mobo + PSU + save up for a better fan

But get the links fixed and I will see how its looking

Ah it is a single 1gb stick not 2x512 then?

JUst wanted to check if you had the same modules as me, mine require loads of voltage to run at stock timings andcould have had an effect on your results. But never mind
