It seems a decent score.

Nice! Is that at stock speed? You get 500 points more than my system with the CPU/GPU overclocked to the max.

It's a little low. I'm pulling 5100 out of my rig. It makes me feel happy that I'm only 400 points off from a C2D rig.

considering the x1800xt is suppose to be a faster card than a 1950 pro , my score is good , but i cant overclock it any further with ati over drive , settings are maxed

well, first the reason he cant post a comparison score is because nobody with a X1950 series card can publish scores with futuremark yet. They mailed me back and said support for the X1950 series cards would be added at a future date. Also the reason you see the "Generic VGA" in the score sheet as well.

I myself have not been able to get ATI.Tool to run "well" with my 1950xtx. Even when matching clock speeds to that of overdrive, the overdrive clocks always beat the ati.tool clocks. For example, when running AquaMark3 with ATI.Tool set at 695/1035, my score is 113,543... But when using those same speeds on CCC Overdrive, I get a score of 115,510. I know this sounds unusual, but those of us with the 1950 series cards are gonna have to wait for a "stable" OC program before reaching anything truely amazing with our cards.

My 3DMark05 score - 12,991 (prior to 6.10 @ stock clocks)
3DMark06 score - 6,743 (also prior to 6.10 @ stock)

Don't use CCC to overclock, use ATI Tool 25b16pre5. I get much better results using it

3DMark05 - 14497
3DMark06 - 7492

Also, did you make sure to put all your graphics settings on high performance?

No, it actually isnt low. I can get 5121 when I OC my card. So the cpu is making up the slack.

I pull just over 5000. The Core 2 Duo does not show its true strength with 3DMark.

i am not being ****y here but post a link that shows a X1950 PRO not xt at scores higher than that ?

5521 in 3dmark 06
11834 in 3dmark 05?
i am using xp64 which further reduces benchmarks because of crippled drivers.......

A core2 does not mean an awesome 3dmark06 score. The X1950 is a performance card, not an ultra high end. 5000+ is a very good score.

Ok.then my bad.I search and yes is a good score. And with a C2D most or any benches really fly in the scores is the power of those Proccesors. That card is the 256 or the 512?

With my setup, i get around 4200 marks. So if you have the X1950 pro 512mb you should be getting a little better than that even if u have crippled drivers. Make sure when you are running 3dmark06 to put all your CCC settings to minimum so you can get the best score.

You've got a 7950GX2. That's a far cry from an X1950 Pro. About twice as fast, in fact.
