I seem to have gotten a bit lower 3dMark score vs other people with the same hardware. Any ideas why? I turned off MSE per another users recommendation yesterday, but I didn't adjust any other settings other than tell it to sync all my cores.

Wondering if it could be related to the 650w EVGA Gold PS that people recommended isn't enough? I am not sure how I can tell.

Here is my build.

PSU should be fine...haven't looked into the guts but if it's a lesser build it shouldn't affect your score.

Overclocks bro, are you throttling anywhere? Mainly the GPU.

OC the CPU, RAM and GPU and you should have scores like everyone else. Make sure you don't have a bunch of NZXT and motherboard bloat killing your score.

Edit: Turning off MCE will actually hurt your score if you aren't overclocking anything.

Need much more details such as :
overclocks & voltages (are you delidded?)
Windows power plan
temperatures
memory settings
motherboard short duration current limit
GPU power limit

edit: are you running 2133MHz RAM? It's mainly your CPU score that's behind , your graphics score is okay

Nothing is overclocked other than the factory one on the video card.
High Performance Windows Plan
Board is set to DDR4-3200 in the bios.

Then your overall score is being held back by 4.3GHz all core turbo on CPU.

Also your Timespy result states you are 2133MHz RAM so you might want to look into that.

Hi,
Yeah I doubt anyone else is on default cpu clocks and memory that low either
Juice it :)

The memory was never going to make or break your score. 5ghz with 2400mhz is going to score much better than 4.8ghz with 4000 mhz.

There's a plethora of guides and info on this site alone. You can read one and get a stable OC in a single day...it may take longer without the experience but it shouldn't take too long to find a good clock speed.

So I adjusted the XMP and put the memory to 3200. And it still got a low score, less than the last time! WTH!

Any other ideas? Or recommended settings for me to juice it.
Hi,
You only juiced the memory
Your processor is only at 4.4 I believe that is lower than default turbo of 4.7
