No idea.

Did you read the manual?

If you can to a cross-controller RAID, it's probably explained in the manual.

I know there are 4 SATA slots but i don't know if you can combine the 2 RAID driver to 1

The 4th SATA is from a different controller, I wouldn't recommend using that if you're able to or the mobo allows it. That is the reason why I didn't go with the P5W-DH Deluxe and the P5B Deluxe has 6 SATA ports supported by the south-bridge, so no need for a different controller, whic is not a good idea IMO.

Because the 3 SATA that came out of the SB are ICH7R and the last one is not, its Jmicron, so its not wise to mix and match here

Just like Mikey says and also the ICH7-R is by far way better than any 3rd party controller performance wise.

But RAID 0 with only two drives should be enough though, I have 5 HDDs but only two are in RAID while the other 3 are the same 250GB, I don't see a point in having 4x HDDs in RAID 0 unless they were 40GB each.
