here you go man. if you live in a state that doesnt utilize sales tax, this setup should be had for under 400$. but if you live in a state that has tax it should be 414$-420$

That Gigabyte mobo has built in video since you said you don't game. The Seasonic SS-330GB is a good power supply. They make some of Antec's & Corsair's power supplies. The CM Elite 330 case is a good basic computer case. I know you posted a WD 320gb hard drive. But Seagate has a 5 year warranty vs WD 3 year. The 250gb hard drive should be more than enough for you since you stated only for internet and ms word. You could get a Seagate 500gb sata hard drive instead for $15.00 more.
