Gigabyte G31 mATX
E7200
320GB WD
2GB GSkill DDR2 800
PSU - ??!?!?
GPU - ?!?? some cheap piece of crap??
Case - ?!?!? MATX?? quiet as possible

Halp! Right now the budget is at $110 or less for the rest of the stuff. Might tone it down to an E5200.

That Gigabyte mobo has built in video since you said you don't game. The Seasonic SS-330GB is a good power supply. They make some of Antec's & Corsair's power supplies. The CM Elite 330 case is a good basic computer case. I know you posted a WD 320gb hard drive. But Seagate has a 5 year warranty vs WD 3 year. The 250gb hard drive should be more than enough for you since you stated only for internet and ms word. You could get a Seagate 500gb sata hard drive instead for $15.00 more.
