4650 voltage and how to overclock

Hi everyone.
I've just read a tutorial about overclocking the gpu and in the tutorial it says that the best method would be to raise the core clock and mem clock at the same time in steps of 5mhz each, doing that way I've got like 600/[email protected]/510, is that the right way? There's any other way to gain more performance like giving the core clock more over than the mem?
Also how can I change the voltages of that card (HIS Radeon HD4650 DDR2), every soft that I use (rivatuner, gputool) don't give me the possibility of changing the voltages.
Best regards.

Yes, it is the right way to overclock but be sure you are stability testing it at each "notch" with FurMark.

I think the only way to change the voltage on a 4650 would be to volt mod it. (You could check out the volt mod forum for some help with that area)

Thank you very much for the help, I'm doing stability test using atitool "scan for artifacts" for 10 minutes every notch and 1h every 20mhz incresed or when crash I give 5mhz minus for core and mem and do the 1h test, is that right? Also when I reach the clock that crashes my card should I decrease the memory or core clock to try getting one of them a little bit higher?
