Two problems with my card i just installed, one, since i am doing a new build i'm in the bios alot, and my ati card's fan is BARELY running. I checked the temps and they were very high 79c however it quickly went down to 48C when i put the fan on full blast. Also my screen is flickering every second or so, i updated to lastest drivers as well. What could be the problem.
