GPU1: GPU Diode (DispIO)88 °C (190 °F)
GPU1: GPU Diode (MemIO)102 °C (216 °F)
GPU1: GPU Diode (Shader)94 °C (201 °F)
GPU1: GPU VRM 72 °C (162 °F)

GPU2: GPU Diode (DispIO)72 °C (162 °F)
GPU2: GPU Diode (MemIO)82 °C (180 °F)
GPU2: GPU Diode (Shader)72 °C (162 °F)
GPU2: GPU VRM 53 °C (127 °F)

MemIO will regularly reach over 100ºC while idle...I'm not sure if this is entirely accurate. This is with fan speed set to auto, as GPU1 seems to reach nearly 100ºC at 50% manual fan speed, where it used to only get to the mid 70's when I first got it. I cleaned it (didn't remove the cooler) while putting my new mobo in my case a couple weeks ago, but no change. Are these numbers accurate, or is this some bug with W7?

EDIT:

I compared ATI CCC with Rivatuner and GPUZ as Grunion stated and the temps are all close in Win7 using 9.2 drivers and CCC. So if your Everest does not match up then I would say there is a bug or it is not accurate. BTW I would recommend Rivatuner as it shows all temps from both cores and memory as well.

Check GPU-Z and Rivatuner, maybe Everest is bugged.
Same temps. Used to run 50's idle, 70's load. Now I'm lucky if it goes under 80 idle.

Does the exhaust air feel that hot?

Those temps are all on the die, you didn't loosen the cooler or anything?
Can you hear the fanspeed ramp up?

Completely spaced and forgot I was typing something. The fan speed doesn't rev up until the gpu is sub 100ºC.
