You going for ATI or Nvidia or does it matter? and are you getting a single card? If so the gtx 480 or 5870 2 gb are in your budget.

Bing cash back is a program run by microsoft that you can get a percentage of your purchase back if you go through their site. It's going to end at the end of the month though.

Or if you wanna go cheap then get a 5850 and crossfire it later on.
technically that could be $500, and an awesome setup.
seriously, watch this guy's videos.

or if you want a single card, the best card is the gtx 480, although i recommend the dual 5850's more.

I have a Diamond 5850 that is a beast ...

Use AB and volt controll works flawlesly ..

but for 5 bills .... I would say there is two directions

1. New 480 ..... Galaxy is rumored to have some great chips right now

to the level I know EVGA owners selling to get them

2. Used 5850's in CF .... Better preformnce than a 480, but the standard two card woe's and qustionable driver support
