5750 won't show resolutions correctly
I tried updating to latest drivers.
My native res of 1680x1050 won't show correctly- it just shows it as a little scrunched up thing. When I switched to my old crappy 7300GT everything was fine tho.

Use a driver cleaner. If you can just throw in a 7300gt and it works fine, it's definitely driver error.
Uninstall all nvidia drivers and use driver cleaner, then install newest ATI drivers.
