Currently running a single 5770, another one is only $130AU, would that be my best option for the money. I have been told a single 6850 would be a better choice, but for only $130 i am tempted to just get another 5770. Also, in terms of the long run, 5770CF get outdated really soon i guess? Thanks.

Im currently running a 5770 and want to go xfire as well.. i feel the same way with it being outdated soon. actually right now lol.

but in my opinion since i already have a 5770 i may as well get another im just waiting for a deal on another one. i paid 90 for this one used. plays all my games at 1080 great but x2 would be nice.

imo go for it then a few months later buy a current next gen card and you'll have the 5770s left over. (<- reason to build another rig, or sell them for folding or do it yourself.)

It really isn't the same.

A 6850 for the most part is slower then a 5850.

Crossfire 5770's for the most part are faster then a 5870

A 5870 trades blows with a 6950.

Fair enough, i think i already had it in my mind that i wanted crossfire anyway and heck, its cheap in my eyes.

EDIT: Geez, my subconscious mind must have made me write heck because you did :|
