5850 + drivers = oversized mouse pointer?

I've heard about this issue and was just wondering if there was a fix or if it's been resolved with the 9.11 drivers. Not that big of a deal, just wanted to be prepared when mine comes. I tried googling but came up empty.

Can anyone with a 5850 confirm?

it can be fixed by turning mouse trailing on.

Yeah I actually knew about that but was wondering if there was a different fix or if the drivers have rectified the issue. I just hate mouse trailing.

Nope, it's a problem with motherboard bios and graphics bios bug...

Update your board to the latest bios and see if that fixes it.

Gigabyte has released bios updates fixing this problem for most of their boards, dont know about asus tho...

Thanks for the help, but read my original post -- don't actually have the card yet, just want to be prepared if it happens.

And I have the latest bios for my motherboard. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
