Ok so this was my ticket.,,,
I would like to know why my Card wont work at the factory OC. This is the reason i bought the card, for the factory OC. To run my card with no Grey screen of death ( with stripes) i have to reduce the clock to 850/1200. I am not happy, if you could advise me what to do that would be great. I have asked my supplier about getting a replacement but they want to charge me to test my card for defects and i do not believe that this is protocol. thank you

Please download the atiflash tool that only can use under pure dos mode here -
http://www1.sapphiretech.com/global/lib_files/40.zip
Then check the SOP step1 to step7 to make a bootable USB stick that can help to boot into pure dos mode -

Please help to update this latest VBIOS here at first -
http://www1.sapphiretech.com/global/lib_files/132.zip
After booting into pure dos mode , please type below command after prompt
atiflash -p 0 140X0300.TS2 -f
