I need to know how can I spoil my 5970?

The story is...
I have a broken 5970, the store I bought the 5970 from accept this card to be broken, but the importer doesn't respect the warranty. so the store who's want me to get good card, recommend for me that me and them will ruin the card to get the warranty about. but we have to do this without any sign, We want them to think it's happened just all of sudden.

How can I do this? can you please help?

Why won't the importer recognize your warranty? Did you modify the card or something?

I don't know which country you live in, but there is probably some law protecting your rights as a consumer?

Talk to a customer service rep or something, ask to be escalated. Explain your situation and tell the company that you have a warranty.

What? Who isn't "Respecting" The warranty? If you have a broken card, that was due to some manufacturing defect, the law covers you for it. What's the issue?

Dude totally fraud and that can get ya jail time. Just contact the maker for the warranty and go through them. If the card is busted then just RMA it but don't take the chance of jail and a lawsuit on something stupid.
