ill tell you this now, memory isnt everything. X3 is a very high graphic game that will require a better video card if you want SOME eye candy.. Also, the 6200 / 6600 arent very strong cards, The 6600 > 6200 Anyways, and i would go for at least a 6600GT / 6800LE because they are now bottomline the 'midrange' cards.

BTW, the 6200 can be Flashed to a 6600, but the 6600 Overclocked will definately be better than the 6200.
