64 Bit Programs Question

So I got a copy of x64 Vista Home Premium today and installed it. One question I have is for applications that are 64 bit, when I install them they want to install into the Program Files (x86) folder. For these 64 bit programs should I change them to install into the regular Program Files folder?

If they are 64bit programs then they should automatically install to the correct folder you don't need to change anything.

Alright, because iTunes 64 wanted to go into the x86 folder, I didn't really know what to do with it.

It really shouldn't matter, it's just a directory.
