I'm thinking that I can push my GPU speed a little further. I'm not talking like another 100MHz on the core and mem, but maybe another 40-50. To do this I think I'll have to BIOS mod it to use more voltage, but I want to know how many volts it can take before I'll need to invest in aftermarket cooling.

Try to find something on mvktech.net, they are usualy the masters of bios modding. I'm sure there is a thread about this 6600le modding. Maybe you can even unlock some pipes.
