There are ways to do this, but I wouldn't attempt it without a decent water cooling loop on the card. Your temperatures could easily get out of hand and leave you with a dead GPU.

Have you tried jacking your fan speed up? If you can keep your core at a lower temp, it might not throttle as bad.

Thanks , Ill check this out in a little bit.

Yeah, I have an agressive fan profile, It't definitely not thermal throttling. GPU remains below 65C under load.
