If you disregard the price difference, which card is better? I'm not too familiar with Nvidia cards since I've always owned ATI. Thanks for the help.

So it's better even though the core frequency is limited because of the AGP interface?

You can turn the 6800GS to a full-fledged 6800GT and likely OC it passed Ultra.

the x1600 series are crap!!! get the 6800gs and unlock it to a gt and OC it to ultra performance and you have and awesome performer so a great price!!!
