6800GT Water Block

I'm shopping for a water block for my BFG 6800GT OC. When I bought my Big Water I also bought Thermaltakes VGA water block but decided not to use it. The VGA block mounting hardware is crap and the block only covers the GPU.

I'm looking at Cool-Matic, http://www.highspeedpc.com/Merchant2...=CoolMaticNV45

Danger Den http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-blc-123.html

These both look good to me. I was wondering if any one uses either of them.

The DD will not work with your setup, since it uses 1/4 ID tubing. Go for the Koolance Cool-Matic, since it is compatable with your kit.

Meh, I would reccomend the DD NV40 block IF you were running 1/2 ID tubing. Those 1/2 to 1/4 fittings take up a lot of space too. If you are going for a 1/4 OD barbed block, go wth the Cool-Matic. It cools your MOSFETS, and will probabally cool a little better than the DD block, ONLY when running 1/4" tubing.

sell your big water and build yourself a full custom setup.

That one isn't as nice, it dosn't have the vreg cooler, like the other cool-matic dose.

Eventually I may end up with a completely different setup. In addition to the 6800 water block I want to change out my pump for a higher output one. Also looking at another radiator to add to or replace the one I have now. Wish I'd built a unit to start with. I may even just buy everything and build my own and sell the Big Water like you said. Makes more sense probably.
