I recently switched over to using 2 radeon hd 6850's. The cards run fine on their own but when run together in crossfire they underclock horribly. The main card underclocks to 100 MHz for GPU clock and the memory clock runs at 150 MHz. The second card runs at 300 MHz GPU clock and 300 MHz for the memory clock. Can anybody help me fix this issue "if it's not supposed to happen".
Thanks, yodazb

Yes, I run the system in a cool environment. Right now the main card is running at 40 C and the second is at 39 C. Running them on their own they run at 31 C. They have plenty of breathing room. A PCI-E slot between the 2 cards. And there's a extra PCI fan on the top of the main card.

As I previously stated, I found out what the issue was. The gpu's just underclock when they're idle, that's all. I just didn't realize that. But thanks for the help.
