690 waterblock question

hey guys,

I am about to mount my 690 to my water block, its a used water block and used pads, so just to make sure i had everything i laid everything out on the block just to make sure i had all the thermal pads and screws and everything, i think i have everything, im just seeing two spots where pads might need to go, but im not sure. they are in the red circles, do i need thermal pads there?
