6950 Unlock artifacs

Hi,
My first 6950 unlocked just fine
The second one didn't
I'm getting snow artifacs
What should I do?
Lower clocks? or Increase voltage?

Increase voltage first. If a no go, decrease clock. If still a no go do both. If still a no go, return card, try again.

I've put in both cards , CF enabled
NO Artifacs
