$700 Work laptop

My friend is looking for a work laptop that is fast and efficient. She does a lot of uploading and downloading to the internet, and runs a lot of excell and access programs. I'm trying to keep the cost under $700.

This Acer laptop seemed the best value.

Is there any good values on that are coming up on Black Friday?

This HP laptop will most likely be a better option. A strong IGP for any media playback that could be desired, and it'll have long battery life.
