6800 xtreme, it has the chance to be unlocked to 12/5 and overclocks pretty well. The 800gto might be a tad more powerfull, but it lacks smart shader 3.0 . the 6800xt is a bit newer tech and would benifit you more in new games.

The X800GTO and X1600Pro would be around equal, with the X800GTO being faster in games but lacking SM3 support

the X1650Pro, while not on your list, is a great buy:
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...anufacture=HIS
the one above is faster... by alot
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...cture=SAPPHIRE

the rest of the ones in your list I wouldn't consider

edit:
I worry that you do not know the difference between AGP and PCI-e

they are separate slots, and different technologies. A PCIe card cannot be used in an AGp slot and vice-versa
your motherboard supports PCIe only,
you cannot use the card burnstudios suggested

There should be some deals on soon; if you wait a day or two, that card might come on sale. It was only $135 yesterday, and it creams every card listed.
