[ITS OVER 9000!]

Alright so I have an AMD 7870 HAWK. The GPU usage is going bonkers even @ stock clocks. My overclock is 100% stable yet the gpu usage issue persists. I'm on drivers 12.8. Keep in mind that the usage is like this on all games. Temps stay super cool under 45C @ 60% fan speed.

I have tried adjusting the power and everything nothing seems to help..

I'm running this on a samsung 830, 8 gigs of ram and an i3 2120.

Could my cpu be bottle-necking it that bad? I have only seen 100% usage out of it one time. kinda annoying.

how's your frame rate? Does game-play feel smooth?

Ya. It feels pretty dang smooth. I just wanna figure out why im not getting at least in the 80-100% zone while gaming. Heaven benchmark looks like a slideshow but it says im getting 70fps constant?

do you use v-sync? if you hit the max. frame rate it is normal that usage is bellow 100%, Also, did you follow CPU usage at the same time?

dang havnt checked that stuff good thinking

throttling... 20%+ on power limit could fix that but will reach extremely high temps, I did 1150 core +10% for no throttling
