80mm opening and 30db

I'm looking for a fan that will move the maximum amount of air through a 80mm opening without going over ~30db. I have room and I'm open to using a fan adapter for a larger (120mm) fan if that's a reasonable option. I should be able to work in both the adapter and a 38mm thick fan if I need to for the static pressure.

Any suggestions on my best options on approach and hardware?
