8750 to 955 and still the same FPS !!!

i've just changed my processor from Phenom X3 8750 2.4 GHZ to phenom II X4 955 3.2 GHZ and still having the same FPS in all games .... streetfighter 4 from 91.5 FPS to 92 FPS , GTA still the same crysis from 20 FPS average all maxed out 8X to 20 FPS the same , plzzzzzzz help .....what's wrong with the PC ?

try downclocking the x4 955 to 2.4ghz first and see if there is any difference in fps.
get some cpu benchmark programs and test it on 2.4 and 3.2ghz and see if there is a difference in performance. make sure no throttling is turned on in bios.

if all these don't help then try some other suggestions from other people then try reformatting.
