8800 GTX Driver issue?

Well lately and a lot over the last couple of months I have been getting the "Display driver has stopped working" and its whenever I boot up my games but it use to be in general, Even when I sit idle. Not sure what the problem is, But it's nerve racking not being able to play my games.

I just did a fresh install of Windows 7, And it did this before on Vista.

On vista I have tried multiple drivers, But nothing seemed to work. Does anyone know how to fix this? No unusual beeps of any such. I have fans running at 100%.

Maybe it's my card on its way out? I dunno, I have it for 2 years now.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Try with the older driver versions, for example, I believe you have that video card's driver CD-rom (installer is there of the recommend drivers).

No, I do not have the drivers from the disk I got with the card.

I have the 181.71 drivers.

Try the 182.08 or 181.22 WHQL drivers
