So, just upgraded my processor and just remembered why I never changed from the stock F2 bios in years. The bios option ProcODT starting with F3 and onward is bugged. Normally it defaults to auto and let's you change it but with these bios versions it is literally stuck at a hard max of 240ohm by default. No matter what you change it to, the change will not save. This has destroyed any chance of overclocking in the past with my opteron 1389 (hence why I stuck with F2) and now my opteron 3380. Is there any way this can be rectified either through a bios mod or otherwise?

I reported this issue to gigabyte years ago with f3/f4e but it still seems to have mot been fixed. Now I'm forced to use these bugged bios revisions if I want to use my opteron 3380 at all.

EDIT: Sooooo, I just realized that there was an AMD BIOS subforum. Could this be moved there please? :(
