Not useful. My 9500gt was slower than my i7 at Physx (!!), so I sold it off on OCN.

32 SP is the bare min for rendering/physx, according to nVidia.

Anything slower than a gt240 or a 9800gt will barely be fast enough for Physx heavy games.

Ok, well I have an idea...I gave my gfs mom my old gaming rig since her computer broke and she basicly lives on the computer, so I was thinking if I took the gtx260 0ut of my old rig and paired it with a 480gtx, would tht give me much better performance then just the 480 gtx? Ill just give her the 9500gt since all she does is play flash games anyway..

Excellent plan, and for your gf's mom, it will mean lower power consumption
