Can't these pipes be unlocked on the 9550?

I have the 9550xl 265mb that has the 9600 bios, it reads four pipes.

I didn't see any way to del this double post in the edit screen, so I guess it'll just have to stay here.

do you mean oc the board, or unlock. because I could oc the board without any unlock software when I first got it.

my bad, I see what you said. did you see the image of my ati? It looks as though I can change the DIE_FUSES.
