9800GTX Windows 7 64bit How to check for artifacts

Hey folks. I used to use atitool to check for artifacts with that neat little cube thingy when i used Win XP.. Now that ive installed Win 7 64bit i cant get Atitool to work.. You know of any other program that is as easy to use and works with the OS?

Furmark is a good app to test for stability.
